What is a Full Spectrum Doula?
A full spectrum doula is a care worker who supports people through the full spectrum of reproductive health, and specifically as it relates pregnancy outcomes and experiences. This includes preconception, abortion, miscarriage, adoption, birth and postpartum.
Participating in full spectrum care is in deep alignment with my values, which include informed consent, fierce defense of bodily autonomy, deep trust in people to make their own decisions, and helping provide access to safe affordable reproductive care.
what i do:
I support people having any/all pregnancy outcomes and experiences. For example, I can help with resources, education, information, emotional support, physical support, escort to or be present for procedures, etc. as they relate to preconception, abortion, miscarriage, birth and postpartum.
