What does revenir mean?

Revenir is the French word for “to return” or “to come back.”

Imagine a time when you truly trusted your body. Your soft round belly took breath calmly. It had never yet occurred to you to question the innate wisdom, power and intelligence that lives there. Our modern world carries us far away from that feeling, or circumstances prevent us from ever having experienced it at all.

I seek to remind you through patience, care, guidance, and bearing witness, that no matter what you have experienced, or what you are transitioning into now; you can always return to being curious about, empowered by, and find sovereignty in your body.

I seek to listen to you, hold space, heal and teach ways to show you the return back to your whole, embodied, confident and trusting self.

Your miraculous body is your home.

My mother and father were both born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, and I grew up speaking both English and French in our bilingual household in Southeast Michigan. Though I live far from my Québécois and Italian extended family now, I consider it a precious and valuable part of my identity, and I claim it here as an homage to my lineage.
